Trident Hydro-Vac has over a decade of experience in the industry with safe and effective excavation
What Is Hydro Excavation?
The process of hydro excavation is the only nondestructive method of digging. It utilizes pressurized water and a vacuum system to quickly and safely expose underground infrastructure. During the hydrovac process, pressurized water is injected into the ground through a handheld wand.
Our Fleet
Our trucks are fully equipped with 4000-gallon tanks and 600 hp wet/dry vacs. These versatile vacuum trucks are very fast and powerful, making them the perfect tool for hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste removal and liquid drainage tasks.

How It Works
Hydro excavation is a process where high-pressure water is used to loosen soil, rocks, clay, gravel, and other earth material while it is continually "sucked up" into a debris tank for later disposal.
Advancements in hydro excavation since its inception have made it the de facto standard for providing a non-destructive means to safely locate utilities and precisely excavate an area. The process is widely regarded and highly valued for being safe and effective.
Cost-Saving Benefits
Our Hydro-Vac trucks have saved the industry millions of dollars by preventing breakage of important utilities and existing landscape. As only the immediate hole is disturbed, minimal remediation is required, therefore resulting in significant cost savings.
